CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of the Plenitude Property’s “Makan Apa Raya Ini” Lucky Draw on Plenitude Property’s official Facebook and Instagram page. Participants are to agree with the Terms and Conditions as stated below:
Eligibility
The Contest is open to all residents residing in Malaysia at the time of the Contest. Employees of Plenitude Property, its subsidiaries and affiliates, agencies or any companies associated with the Contest and / or the immediate family members of such person are encouraged to enter the contest and share with their families and friends. There is no minimum age limit for participants to participate in this Lucky Draw.
Contest Criteria
- Participants are required to COMMENT the Top 3 Hari Raya food of their choice in the Comment section
- Participants are required to TAG 3 friends in the Comment section to participate.
- Bonus points will be given if Participants LIKE Plenitude Property official Facebook page or UPLOAD pictures of the food in the Comment section
Participants’ Facebook profile must be set to Public to allow Plenitude Property to view the participating entry.
- Participants are required to COMMENT the Top 3 Hari Raya food in the comment section
- Participants are required to TAG 3 friends in the Comment section to participate.
- Bonus points will be given if Participants FOLLOW Plenitude Property official Instagram page.
Participants’ Instagram profile must be set to Public to allow Plenitude Property to view the participating entry.
Contest Duration
The Contest starts on 11th May 2021 (Tuesday) and ends on 24th May 2021 (Monday), 11.59pm. Any Comments / Shares / Like / Follow submitted past the mentioned deadline will be deemed ineligible for entry.
Winners’ Criteria
10 lucky winners will be selected randomly from each platform via lucky draw AND must fulfil all the Criteria as stated in the ‘Contest Criteria’ section above by the Management of Plenitude Property. Members who participate via PM (Personal Message) will not be entertained. The Management’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) prize.
Prizes
A total of TWENTY (20) lucky winners (10 from each platform) will stand a chance to win the following prize:
- RM 10 Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet Credit
Prize Collection
Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet credit will be credited to a VALID Touch ‘n Go account or will be given a PIN to top up manually. Please allow up to fourteen (14) working days from the day of the winner announcement for the Touch ‘n Go credit to be credited into your account.
Winners Announcement
The winners will be announced via an Announcement Post on Plenitude Property’s Facebook and Instagram page on 26th May 2021 (Wednesday). The winner will have to message Plenitude Property via Facebook or Instagram Messenger within THREE (3) days after the winner announcement with Personal Details such as Full Name, VALID Email Address, Contact Number and VALID Phone Number that is registered with Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet for verification purposes. The last day to get back to us is by 29th May 2021 (Saturday). If we do not hear from you by then, another winner will be selected.
Participation in the Lucky Draw implies that participants agree to all the Terms and Conditions as herewith stated. Any participants caught using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified. If necessary, Plenitude Property is entitled to change the Contest Duration without prior notice.
In the unlikely event that the prize is unavailable, Plenitude Property has the right to replace the prize with another product of similar value.
